🌍 Conditions de travail

📍 Poste basé en Tunisie (Bizerte) – travail à distance possible.

🕒 Temps plein, selon le fuseau horaire canadien (-5h / -6h par rapport à la Tunisie).

💬 Excellente maîtrise du français oral et écrit requise.

💼 Tes missions principales

80 % — Intégration Webflow :

Transformer des maquettes Figma / Relume en sites Webflow fidèles, fluides et responsives.

Intégrer des animations, interactions et micro-interactions avancées.

Optimiser la performance, le SEO technique et l’accessibilité.

15 % — Automatisation & intégrations :

Mettre en place des automatisations intelligentes (Make, n8n, API).

Optimiser les process internes et externes.

5 % — Développement & innovation :

Créer des scripts custom pour repousser les limites natives de Webflow.

Explorer des intégrations avec Shopify ou ReactJS selon les projets.

🧠 Tes compétences techniques

Webflow : maîtrise avancée et portfolio solide (projets complexes exigés).

Relume : parfaite compréhension de la librairie et intégration fluide dans les workflows.

Front-end : excellente connaissance de HTML, CSS, JavaScript.

Automatisation : expérience confirmée avec Make, n8n, API.

Shopify / ReactJS : bonnes bases ou grande capacité d’apprentissage (atout majeur).

Bonnes pratiques en SEO technique et performance web.

Aisance avec les outils collaboratifs (Notion, Slack, etc.).

What you will do

Inspire students to learn today’s in-demand technical and soft skills.
Coach students so that they can independently find solutions to their problems.
Guide students in their learning path and encourage them to learn by making.
Organize weekly meetings and follow-ups with students to ensure their progress.
Evaluate students’ assignments and hold simulated job interviews.
Organize and facilitate group workshops.
Ensure the smooth running of the educational program.
Liaise with the training center to guarantee an ideal student experience.
Assist new instructors through the GoMyCode Mentorship Program.
Record video courses to optimize the students' learning experience.
Provide feedback on how we can improve!
Other tasks could arise according to the position and the needs of the team.
