Job Summary
Lead B2B sales, partnerships, and execution for GOMYCODE’s corporate training solutions. Leverage your professional network to close contracts, source instructors, and ensure client satisfaction while identifying strategic medium-to-long-term opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development- Prospect and close enterprise contracts by leveraging a network of 50+ corporate contacts (all sectors; EdTech/Training background preferred).
- Identify opportunities and explore potential partnerships to grow the business over the medium-to-long term (e.g., multi-year contracts, ecosystem alliances).
- Build and manage a B2B pipeline to meet quarterly revenue targets (€50,000+) and negotiate contracts.
- Assist in sourcing qualified instructor profiles to implement training programs.
- Closely monitor delivery quality and client satisfaction, including post-training feedback and retention strategies.
- Conduct needs assessments for customized programs (bootcamps, workshops).
Required Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years in B2B sales/business development; proven portfolio of 50+ clients; preference for a background in training or education.
- Skills: Contract negotiation; identifying partnership opportunities.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Education, or a related field; sales or EdTech certifications are a plus.
